Dylan's interest in mammals began as a zookeeper with a disruptive three-legged harvest mouse, and took her halfway across the world to an internship at a wild mammal rehabilitation facility in Canada. She is now pursuing a top-up degree in Integrated Wildlife Conservation at UWE Bristol, and as a keen herpetologist, can usually be found looking for snakes in her spare time. Although she maintains her passion for harvest mice, she also has a soft spot for native shrews, and her work with north American beavers has sparked an interest in their European counterparts.
