Science and society: collaborating for mammal conservation across land and sea

This year’s theme highlights the vital role of cross-sector, cross-border and interdisciplinary collaboration for impact in mammal conservation.  Bringing together local mammal champions, ecologists, conservation professionals, and researchers, the event will focus on how joint efforts from researchers, conservation organisations, citizen scientists, local and national government and the private sector can drive effective conservation strategies and solutions. This theme underscores the power of united action in safeguarding the rich diversity of mammal species across terrestrial and marine environments in the UK.
