Conservation outcomes depend on collaboration. If you can help us deliver a brighter future for mammals, we want to hear from you!

Sponsorship
By supporting our events, projects and publications you can help us celebrate and protect British mammals, while raising your profile amongst our science-engaged and nature-loving audience. Sponsoring our activities brings opportunities for recognition on our website, member magazine and on our social media channels, as well as in specific press coverage of the event or project you support.
We are especially interested to hear from companies interested in supporting our Annual Conference, and any of our prestigious prizes for mammal conservation heroes. See our sponsorship brochure for the 2024 Annual Conference for more details.
We are currently looking for a forward-looking company to fund a paid internship for a young person from a minority ethnic group. Accessible entry points for young people into life science careers are much needed, and essential if we are to tackle the under-representation of minority ethnic groups in conservation.

Retail partnerships
Is your product or service related to mammals, sustainability, science, or outdoor pursuits? Or would you simply like to give your customers an opportunity to support science-led mammal conservation while increasing awareness of the importance of mammals? By donating a percentage of sales of a particular product or a range of products to the Mammal Society you can support our work without making a substantial donation in one go. We can promote your product on our website’s shop pages and on our channels.
Host an event or training
The Mammal Society seeks to make its trainings and events as accessible and affordable as possible, in order to bring skills and information to as wide an audience as possible and break down barriers to mammalogy. If you have office meeting rooms, auditoriums, workshop spaces or conference facilities that you can offer for the Mammal Society to use at a subsidised rate or for free, you can help us keep our costs - and therefore ticket prices - low.
We will prominently recognise host organisations in communications around the event or training, and can offer places for staff or clients.

Volunteering
Mammals are under-recorded, creating data gaps that hamper conservation and policy-making. If your staff can help by getting involved in recording mammals as part of Mammal Society surveys or ongoing site monitoring, we’d love to hear from you. It’s a fun, rewarding and team-building way for your staff to spend volunteer days.
