Ross Clifton
Data & Research Officer
Ross has a background in conservation and ecology, having earned both a BSc and an MSc from the University of Exeter. As the Data and Research Officer at the Mammal Society, he manages various science projects, including the National Harvest Mouse Survey and Searching for Shrews. His passion lies in conservation, and he is dedicated to contributing to the protection of our natural world through research and education. Ross believes that studying behaviours, habitats, and ecological roles, and promoting a greater understanding of our ecosystems, we can help to inspire others and ensure a thriving future for biodiversity.
Favourite mammal: “Oh gosh, I don’t really have one! But I do like exploring how mammals interact with their environment.”
