Alana Scott
Communications Officer
Alana completed a Master’s in Conservation Biology and Ecology at the University of Exeter in Cornwall in 2023, having simultaneously grown a conservation CIC which reintroduced the first water voles back to southern Cornwall since their local extinction. Now, Alana works for the Mammal Society as a part-time Communications Officer, as well as a freelance Climate Emergency Outreach Officer for her local climate network, and enjoys tinkering away at several of her own projects. Alana is passionate about rewilding, biodiversity restoration, and climate justice, and in her spare time can be found in the sea or curled up with a good book!
